Sage Supported Versions of BusinessWorks:

Version 2009
      Service Pack 6 includes: 
Payroll- new withholding rates for AZ and NY, new CA PIT tables and SDI limit correction for NJ.

Version 8
      Service Pack 8 includes: 
Payroll- change in Federal tax withholding, earned credit and nonresident aliens changes 
effective 4/1/09, and changes in 941 worksheet effective 4/30/9. 

You can get this and more information by logging onto Sage Software Online (SSO) by clicking here. You will need a current username and password and up-to-date ClientCare support plan to access SSO.

Sage BusinessWorks Online Community

The purpose of the community is to enable to all customers of Sage BusinessWorks to engage and interact with one another through a variety of different communication forums and tools. This community is for YOU! So, jump right in, join a discussion and share your experience with us in the feedback forum. 
The BusinessWorks Online Community consists of 3 forums or areas of discussion. First there is the Sage BusinessWorks Forum where customers just like you post any issues that they may be experiencing while other customers may be able to offer any advice. Secondly, there is the Feature Request Board. This board is where you, other customers and even product management team members can discuss enhancements for upcoming product releases. Finally, there is the Feedback area, where you can tell Sage what you think about the online community, so they may better serve you and other customers.
