Yes, it's already August and I'm sending out the July eNews.  Let's devote this eNews to make sure we are up to date with our software and implementation with Sage BusinessWorks!  The latest version of BusinessWorks is version 8, Service Pack 4, click on the link to log on the Sage's website to download service packs. If you don't know your version of BusinessWorks, it's easy to check. Select Help, About Sage BusinessWorks from the main menu to determine what version and service pack you are using.  If you don't have the current version, we would be happy to assist you with your upgrade/update.
 
We've added to our team this year, and I wanted to include a brief introduction of our staff so you will know who we are.  We are hoping you will let us know if there is something we can do for you.

If you haven't received your Version 8 CD, please call Terry at 985.851.4043.  She will verify your ClientCare and mailing address. She can assist you with scheduling an appointment if you would like our assistance in loading your version 8.

 Why You May Not Be Getting All Your Emails from Us
 
There are several reasons why you may not be recieving our e-mails. Filters or tools used by Internet Service Providers (ISP) that help to eliminate SPAM can be blocking some of the e-mails. The network software used by your company can also be blocking emails. A general solution is to add domain addresses to a "white list" and SPAM to a "black list". Some may choose to set category filters for SPAM; however, there is a trade-off that some things you want are put into those unwanted categories. Using the "white/black list" approach is often the easiest and least likely way to miss important e-mails.
 
You can check with your IT department for further information or check out this link if you use Microsoft Outlook.
 
Please add the domain @lwcpa.com to your "white list" ensure you recieve news from us.

  Take an hour to "Lunch and Learn" with the webcasts offered by Sage BusinessWorks.  They are normally only 1 hour and are full of tips, tricks and info that will improve your skills.
