About Us
Lorelei Walker
Lorelei is a 1976 graduate of the
University
of Florida in Gainesville. She continued her education at Nicholls State University
to become eligible for the CPA exam. She has experience in corporate
communications for a Fortune 500 company, commercial banking, public accounting
and technology consulting. Her first PC experience was in 1985 when she was
assigned to learn Lotus 123 v1.0a on the original IBM. She started her CPA
practice in 1989 and began supporting the Sage family of products. In 1995 she
created PC Potential to provide classroom training for Microsoft and Sage
products. In 2005, Peace of Mind Software was formed to provide additional
products and services to other Sage partners including the first automated
offsite backup for the BusinessWorks.
Stephanie Merrell
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Masters in Business
Administration from Nicholls State University and is currently pursuing a CPA
license. Within her sixteen years of experience in the accounting field, she has
used BusinessWorks and Peachtree as well as many other accounting programs which
gives Stephanie a great foundation for supporting our BusinessWorks and
Peachtree clients. Her programming experience serves her well when creating
Crystal Reports and other basic integration programming projects.
Tammy Richard
Tammy has over twenty-four years of hands-on accounting experience. She has been
installing and supporting Mas90 for over twenty-four years and has eleven years
of experience in BusinessWorks and Peachtree as well as other programs. As a
highly qualified Mas90/200 supporter, Tammy is the girl to go to for all your
questions from installation to everyday solutions.
Mary Heason
Mary Kee loves the constant change in this industry. She holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University. With over nine
years of BusinessWorks experience and worked in the accounting industry for over
thirty years. She is the go to gal for BusinessWorks, f9, and Keystroke Point of
Sale.
Mary Louviere
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in both Computer Science and Accounting from
Nicholls State University. She has held numerous positions during her 15 years
of experience within the banking industry. She has held positions ranging from
programmer to branch manager. Mary can help support you and your company with
your BusinessWorks needs.
Terry Pangle
Terry is our Account manager for all of your scheduling, and client care
questions and concerns. She has over twenty-six years of hands-on experience in
the accounting industry including support in BusinessWorks.
