Support
We offer our customers several choices for support. You can choose on-site
support, telephone support or online support. Our office is available Monday
through Thursday 8am until 5pm (central standard time) and Friday 8am until 4pm
(cst). Extended hours are based upon availability.
Telephone Support
You can contact us by phone for a quick response with your Sage software by
calling 985.851.4043. Online support may be employed along with your phone
support for easier and faster service.
On-Site Support
We offer on-site troubleshooting, upgrades and training. You can
contact us to schedule an appointment.
Online Support
We can employ GoToAssist to help us better explain, understand and view your
software questions. It offers a quick and easy way to help solve your support
problems.
